During the development process we identify your most important learning objectives in terms of knowledge, competences and desired participants’ behavior. Based on this we will develop game scenarios which will realize the desired learning experience in an effective and fun way. This will be done by one of our game designers in co-operation with subject matter experts from your organization. Before going live the game will be tested with a pilot group.

The first step would be to undertake a ½ day feasibility workshop, for which a fee is charged, during which we discuss the game basis, objectives and learning points. This would normally comprise a half-day workshop, The workshop normally has some substantial training outcomes in their own right as well as ensuring that a full simulation is the right route for you.
